    1. Customer Responsibility for Uploaded Designs:

    • By using our online personalization service, the customer assumes full responsibility for the designs, images, or texts uploaded to the platform for printing. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with copyright, trademark, and any other intellectual property regulations.
    • Once the design is approved by the customer, it is considered final, and no changes or adjustments will be allowed afterward. The customer is responsible for thoroughly reviewing all details of the design (colors, sizes, placement, etc.) before confirmation.

    2. Copyright and Intellectual Property:

    • The customer declares that they hold the legal rights to any image, logo, text, or design uploaded for personalization. Bold & Grit assumes no responsibility for infringements of copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
    • In the event of legal claims from third parties related to the misuse of copyright-protected materials, the customer will be solely responsible for any litigation, indemnification, or claim.

    3. Product Warranty:

    • We guarantee the technical quality of the printing and the durability of the materials used. However, we are not responsible for errors in designs that have been previously approved by the customer.
    • Any manufacturing defects in the garments (peeling, errors in fabric or printing) will be covered by a 30-day warranty from the receipt of the product. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or natural wear.

    4. Warranty Limitations:

    • This warranty does not cover design changes or dissatisfaction with the appearance or style of the final product if such aspects were previously approved.
    • The customer understands that colors and details may vary slightly in the final product due to technical differences in the printing processes.

    5. Disclaimer:

    • Bold & Grit is not responsible for the final results resulting from the use of low-resolution images, poorly adjusted designs, or any other visual aspect dependent on the customer’s decisions.
    • The customer is responsible for adhering to the platform guidelines regarding the minimum quality of uploaded images and files.

    6. Return and Exchange Policy:

    Due to the customized nature of the products, no returns or exchanges are allowed, except in cases of verifiable manufacturing defects.

    Design Approval: Once the customer approves the design or image to be printed, it is considered that all details (colors, sizes, placement of the print, etc.) have been reviewed and accepted. Any error or modification that arises after approval will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

    Design Responsibility: The quality of the print is guaranteed regarding the technique and durability of the material; however, we are not responsible for errors in the design that have been previously approved. We recommend customers carefully review all details before confirming.

    Manufacturing Defects: We guarantee the quality of the shirt and the printing process for a period of 30 days. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the garment or the print (such as peeling or misalignment of the material).

    No Design Changes Allowed: This warranty does not cover design changes or modifications requested after the initial approval, nor dissatisfaction with aspects that were previously approved by the customer

    Shipments And Returns

    Your Pack Shipment

    Packages are generally delivered within 10 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied. You will have the option to choose the delivery time between ground, next day and second day and you will always be shown the cost of your choice. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

    Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
