    a. All purchases made through the website are subject to the terms and conditions. Bold & Grit reserves the right to accept or deny any purchase made.

    b. All purchases will receive confirmation and will be shipped within 10 days of the original purchase date.

    c. All purchases made in Florida will be charged a 7% sales tax at the time of payment; this tax only applies to Florida orders.

    II. Orders

    a. Customized orders are not eligible for return or refund. Customized orders are only eligible for exchange if they are defective.

    b. Orders placed through the website are subject to returns, exchanges, and refunds as long as they comply with our return policy and remain intact with attached tags and in the original packaging.

    V. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
